HR&P Recognized for the 10th Year on the Cougar 100
We are proud to announce that HR&P – Human Resources & Payroll, under the leadership of Mike Holley (UH Class of 1990), has been recognized by the Cougar 100 for the 10th year. This prestigious honor, awarded by the University of Houston and the UH Alumni Association, celebrates the fastest growing UH alumni-owned or operated businesses.
Our continued success is a testament to our dedicated team, loyal clients, and strong leadership. The Cougar 100 recognizes companies based on their compound annual growth rate in sales or revenue over three years, showcasing business excellence and resilience within the Cougar community.
At a recent luncheon, HR&P was honored alongside other outstanding Cougar-owned businesses. The Cougar Business Network, an extension of the Cougar 100, further strengthens connections and opportunities for alumni entrepreneurs.

New client sales and strong client retention have been key factors in our growth, and it’s through your hard work that we continue to thrive.”
